EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange the product within the first 48 hours of the item’s delivery if you have faced any of the following issues :

  • The Product is defective and/or damaged.
  • The Product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the Website and purchased by the customer.
  • Make sure you make a Video of the received product while unboxing the parcel. As it becomes difficult to judge when and where the product is mishandled.
  • The product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
  • The exchanged product will be dispatched only after we receive the delivery of the original product. 
  • Any customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can’t be a subject of reselling anymore.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Or exchange is not available on custom products in the event of a little color differentiation. custom products are hand made and color may vary from actual pictures.

REFUND POLICY

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
  • We do not offer any guarantee on printed cases.
  • We do not provide a refund for orders once placed.
  • ATCASA does not offer cash refunds. In the case of returns, customers will have the option to get an equivalent amount of store credit which can be used against any future purchase at ATCASA.
