Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Product: If the product arrives malfunctioning or physically harmed.
  • Incorrect Description: If the product you receive significantly differs from the description or image displayed on our website.

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please:

  • Record an unboxing video. This video evidence helps determine when and where any mishandling might have occurred.
  • Return the product in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

Exchange Process:

  • We will dispatch the replacement product only after receiving the original item back at our warehouse.
  • Customized Products: Due to their unique nature and limited resale potential, customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A slight color difference may occur with custom-made phone cases. These variations are inherent to handcrafted products, and exchanges or returns based solely on minor color discrepancies are not possible.
  • Please note that customization is limited to what is feasible within our capabilities. In cases where a requested customization cannot be fulfilled, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund on that basis. That said, our team will always do their best to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.
