Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • We do not offer any guarantees on the longevity or quality of printed designs on phone cases.
  • We are unable to provide refunds for orders once placed.
  • In the case of returns that qualify under our exchange policy, ATCASA will offer store credit for the full amount of the returned item. This credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
  • ATCASA does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

For pre-ordered cases:
While we strive to deliver pre-ordered cases promptly, external factors may cause delays. We do not allow cancellations based on these delays. However, you can apply for store credit or choose a case within the same price range from our store, and we will ship it to you within one working day.

For damaged goods: If a product is found to be damaged before dispatch after your order has been placed, we will promptly notify you. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product of equal value. If no replacement is selected, a credit note will be issued. Please note that a full refund will not be applicable in these cases.
The credit note will remain valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.

 

Note: Monster Collectible (Specific Character & Blind Box)

1. Monster Collectibles with a specific character selection, the exact character shown will be delivered. However, please note that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted based on quality, color variation, or functionality.

2. Blind box selections, the product is imported and sealed, and the contents are unknown even to us. As such, we cannot guarantee the specific item, character, quality, or color you will receive. Therefore, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be applicable for any blind box purchase.
