For pre-ordered cases:
Kindly note that pre-ordered items are imported from our overseas warehouse and are custom-made based on your selected design, color, and specifications. We aim to deliver these orders within 5–7 weeks. However, due to factors beyond our control—such as customs clearance or international shipping delays—the delivery timeline may occasionally be extended.
Please rest assured that our team works around the clock to ensure your order is delivered at the earliest possible time. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the order within the expected timeframe, you may choose an alternative phone case that is currently in stock, which can be delivered to you within 2–3 days, or opt for a credit note of the same value valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance..
Kindly note that cash refunds are not available for pre-ordered items.
For damaged goods: If a product is found to be damaged before dispatch after your order has been placed, we will promptly notify you. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product of equal value. If no replacement is selected, a credit note will be issued. Please note that a full refund will not be applicable in these cases.
The credit note will remain valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
